The world of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is growing exponentially.  If you would like to learn more about EFT, here are some resources to help you in your discovery:

This website is run by Gary Craig, the founder of EFT.  It includes a free tutorial and newsletter:

Free and Low-Cost EFT

At www.centerforinnerhealing.com, every Wednesday evening, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. ET, Ted Robinson leads a Borrowing Benefits session.  The cost is $20 (if you need it to be less, just ask).  I can tell you from personal experience that Borrowing Benefits is one of the fastest and easiest ways to heal your stuff.  Ted’s website is filled with a lot of interesting information – I suggest you check it out!

Secondly, Suzanne Zacharia has put together 21 EFT Modules that you can tap along with.  Not only does Suzanne lead you through the modules, but she offers email support to the people who are using them.  The cost for the package of modules and email support is 29.99.  You can find Suzanne’s products at http://www.eft-scripts.com.

If you are in the NYC area, Steven Gottlieb runs Meetup Groups that are on a low cost/donation basis.  These sound amazing as well.  Here is the link for those meetings: http://www.meetup.com/EFT-Healing-Group-White-Plains/.

Tony-Guy Parker holds many free workshops and a Tele-workshops for people grappling with various  challenges.  For more information on how to join in, check out this link:  https://www.facebook.com/tonyguy.parker

Lastly, if you are a veteran, there is an ongoing project called The Veterans Stress Project.  Veterans can qualify for free treatment through this highly recommended program.  www.stressproject.org.

Good luck!  If you decide to try out any of these venues, I would love to hear back from you as to how it went!
